ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
JAMS Turbo, Inc., A New York State corporation, warrants the TURBO 3000D
for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship.
JAMS Turbo, Inc., at its option, shall either replace the defective product
or correct such defect due to imperfect workmanship or material,
at the expense of JAMS Turbo, Inc.
Customer must pay the shipping to return the unit to JAMS Turbo, Inc. or
the Independent Agent from whom it was purchased.
JAMS Turbo, Inc. will pay shipping to return replacement unit.

This warranty does not cover or include any damage as a result of
acts of God, improper installation, alteration, negligence or abuse.
* Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. No refund will be given
for installation kits. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected
packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package
for its full retail value.
