When I first seen your product several years ago I was very skeptical on what TURBO 3000D could actually do. So I delayed in purchasing your product. When I visited your booth at the 2008 Las Vegas Truck Show early Thursday morning I still had my doubts that this product can actually work. I chatted with you guys and decided to give it a try. Thinking that I'll probably be sending it back but boy was I wrong. I got back home that evening and had it installed in 5 minutes. Now, I didn't notice any difference in my idling as I was told by the president of your company. He said that I should notice an immediate change, that it should idle smoother. It hasn't happened. Now, I've been on a round trip run from Madera, CA to Las Vegas for a week now hauling 14' wide x 14'6" high cooling towers. I've done 3 trips so far as of the start of the Truck Show and was heading after my 4th of a total of 9 when the job would be complete. The round trip from Barstow, CA to Madera, CA to Las Vegas and back to Barstow is 830 miles. For those first 3 trips I burned exactly 134 gal. 6.19 mpg for each trip. With the finish of my 4th load with the TURBO 3000D installed it went to 135 gal for the same mileage. I wasn't very happy but I did notice though that not during idling but running down the road that my E model Cat ran smoother and more responsive.
So I tested it again and on the 5th load, same mileage 830 miles, my fuel consumption went down to 133 gal. 6.24 mpg. I was extremely pleased with the results. Then on the 6th load it went down to 130 gal and then the 7th load it dropped to 127 gal/ at 6.53 mpg. thats an increase of 1/3 mpg since the beginning of these runs. I didn't fuel up after my 8th load and I'm currently loaded with the final load and at this time my fuel gauge is at the same position at 830 miles prior to your product to now at a little over 1000 miles after install. So You've converted a serious doubting thomas to a true believer.
I have also told several of my truckin friends about your product to find out that one of them already had your product installed. It was smaller in size but the same thing.
Thanks again in convincing me to try it out.

2000 Freightliner Classic XL with a 550 Cat engine
"On August 21, 2004 I purchased a TURBO 3000D for my 2000 Freightliner and it paid for itself ten
times over in the first two days. I had broken an injector about 4 months earlier and in
order to save me money the mechanic only replaced the one injector. The other five injectors
had over 700,000 miles on them and I could feel a definite miss. It wasn't really missing,
but the new injector must have been working better, because I really feel it. I drove it
that way for a while and began to get concerned about how this uneven pull from a 500hp CAT
engine might be affecting the drive train. I had decided that when I got home that weekend
I would put the truck back in the shop and replace the other five injectors. This would
have cost me around $3000. I felt that would be cheaper than replacing the transmission or
the rear ends if I didn't do something and soon.
On the way home, I stopped in at the TA in
Walcott, IA for fuel. I had talked to several drivers about the TURBO 3000D and one
had mentioned he had it installed there. So, on an impulse, I went into the shop and asked
them to install one. With the price of fuel these days, I knew the saving would make it a
good investment. After I had them install it, I headed to Fort Worth. I was almost to
Kansas City the next day, when I realized that the miss I had been feeling since replacing
just one injector was gone. I was pulling a slight grade and it was smooth. Needless to
say I did not put the truck in the shop.
I have always kept very detailed records of my
fuel mileage. After looking at the numbers, I can truthfully say that in less than one
month since installing the TURBO 3000D I have already saved more than the purchase
price in fuel costs. I purchased the truck in August of 2002 and before installing the
TURBO 3000D I averaged 5.31 mpg. After installing the TURBO 3000D , I have
averaged 5.68…if I run 100,000 miles this year I will have saved over $2000. Now that is a
good investment."

3406C Cat engine
"I'm impressed. I think your product is going to do everything you claim.
I have a 3406C cat, that's the last mechanical motor.
It's a 94 with 1.1 million miles; it's always been a yellow boat anchor, no power,
no fuel mileage. I put the Turbo 3000 on about 5000 miles back at Walcott, IA I-80.
I noticed a difference right out the door. I'm leased to Trailer Transit, a tow away
operation and pull a different trailer everyday, everything from bobtail to oversize heavy,
so it's hard to get an exact figure on the fuel but I'm sure its at least a mile per across the
board…"

"The truck is a 1992 Peterbilt 379 with a 3406B cat engine set at 425 hp. It has a 15 over Trans and 3:55 gears…I purchased and installed a TURBO 3000D and every since I have been getting between 5.72 and 6.02 mpg with the normal being in the 5.85 range. This is approximately 10-12% increase in fuel savings. Pay back on my TURBO 3000D was about 6 weeks. A higher mileage operation will pay back much faster. Added horsepower was not my goal, but there is a definite increase in power, less smoke, and the engine is smoother. I am impressed with the TURBO 3000D because it is very easy to install and has absolutely no maintenance."

1998 Peterbilt with a 475 Cat engine
"…how well does it work? Well we have not only increased our mileage but power too. We are
up from 4.75 - 5.0 to 5.7 - 6.0 mpg steady. That's money in my pocket, thank you. Thanks again
for a wonder product that works…!"

1999 Freightliner Classic with a 3406E 550 Cat engine
"In only 8,000 miles, Bob reported less smoke between gears, staying in a higher gear for a
longer period of time, and a fuel mileage increase from 4.8 - 5.3 up to 5.4 - 5.8. Bob is a happy
customer!"
– Bob Chesser, Oklahoma
1996 3406E Cat engine
"With over a million miles on his engine, James had a lot of smoke in the cleanout period.
In just 2 weeks his fuel mileage went from 4.8 - 6.1. "
"I was a bit skeptical of your 10% claim at first…I mentioned that there were 990,000+ miles on the engine when I installed the unit in February…At 1,061,000 miles, the engine is running as though it were almost new. I notice a power increase within two weeks of installation, but the mileage increase was a bit longer in coming. What impresses me is the fact that my tonnage per miles is higher now than it was in January. The average price per gallon for fuel has gone up 15% in six months. My cost per mile to operate; however has gone down…"

Freightliner Classic with a Detroit engine
"I just installed my TURBO 3000D into my 60 series Detroit with 650,000 miles on my Freightliner Classic. Just the post installation testing showed an engine that idled much smoother. I can't wait to get it out on the road!"

"Test date results and worksheet Steven submitted show that in 15,010 miles, his fuel mileage increased from 6.3953938 to 7.0431221. Steven was happy to report his 10.1% increase of fuel mileage to us. That's a savings of $3574.66 dollars per year / $297.88 dollars per month with the cost of fuel figured at 1.509 per gallon!"

Gary pulls a 53' step deck and increased his fuel mileage from 5.2 to 7.4 - 7.5. Gary is a very happy customer!
Jim is an expeditor. He put on the TURBO 3000D with only 6,000 miles on his truck and increased his fuel mileage from 8.2 up to 9.9!! Congratulations Jim! That's a great number!
…Prior to the device being installed in May 1991, the average fuel miles per gallons was 4.8 compared to the present average fuel miles per gallon of 6.6. Below are characteristics noted on the Turbo unit: When the device was first installed the driver noted: a power gain. Truck needs less gear to go up hills, a lighter color of exhaust, and a smother running engine. When the device was removed temporarily for repairs, the driver noted: erratic idle, darker exhaust, and a loss of power. When the device was reinstalled: noticed an increase in power, smoother running engine, and a cleaner engine.
This unit could be sold as an engine cleaner alone. The driver of this vehicle would recommend the Turbo unit for anyone that is 8interested in fuel economy and overall performance of their truck.
"I'm an owner-operator on a dedicated run from Arkansas to Kansas, which
I do 5 times weekly. I run double 28' trailers and go the same route.
Except for the weather, this is about the most controlled situations
for a fuel mileage test. This is a difficult run due to approximately
33 slow and go situations at small towns, stop signs, hills and
curves. My fuel mileage was between 4.90 and 5.35 mpg. The truck is a 1992
Peterbilt 379 with a 3406B-cat engine set at 425
hp. It has a 15 over trans and 3:55 gears.
On June 23, 2000, I purchased and installed a
TURBO3000D. Since, I have been getting between
5.72 and 6.02 mpg with the normal being in the 5.85 mpg range. This is
approximately 10% to 12% increases in fuel savings. Pay back on my
TURBO3000D was about 6 weeks.
A higher mileage operation will pay back much faster.
Added horsepower was not my goal, but there is a definite increase in
power, less smoke, and the engine is smoother.
I am impressed with theTURBO3000D
because it is very easy to install and has absolutely no maintenance.
It also has been thoroughly tested and holds several patents.
I highly recommend the TURBO3000D
as it is the devise that can help to survive today's high fuel costs."

"I was reluctant, but in my old age I decided to give it a
try. I put the TURBO 3000D on
my worst fuel eaters and my emission problem children and low and
behold they not only passed emissions, they are averaging 12% better
fuel economy. I am very pleased and recommend the TURBO3000D.
Modern technology is a wonderful thing."
