Product MUST be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase (shipping date) to JAMS Turbo, Inc. or the Independent Agent from whom the product was purchased.

If purchased directly from TURBO3000D (JAMS Turbo Inc.) customer MUST call for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the unit.

Consumer MUST include proof of purchase (i.e. copy of the original receipt).

Consumer MUST include brief written statement describing the reason for requesting refund.

*Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. No refund will be given for installation kits. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for its full retail value.

This guarantee applies only to retail consumer purchaser (users) and does not apply to independent agents or any person who has purchased product for resale. (except for first unit purchased at retail price). Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for processing refund. Void where prohibited by law.
